Tor Browser 11.0.13 is ready for testing

Hello, Tor Browser 11.0.13 release candidate packages are available for testing here: https://people.torproject.org/~boklm/builds/11.0.13-build1/ The most important change is the fix for mfsa2022-19: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/security/advisories/mfsa2022-19/ We also updated Tor to 0.4.7.7.
