Changed Network Team Meeting Times

Hi all, We've moved the first network team meeting of each month to Wednesday 2300 UTC. (It used to be Tuesday.) We have also moved the weekly "patch party" to Wednesday 2300 UTC in the other weeks of the month. The regular team meeting time is still the same, Monday 1700 UTC.
