Hi! Not sure if it was the Great Purge of 60 or something else, but the Estonian mirrors (cyberside.planet.ee/cyberside.net.ee) seem to be missing from the mirrors list. As far as I can tell they're still present in tor-mirrors.csv, but don't show up on the website under active mirrors... Rest assured, both sites are up and running.
