Good afternoon:
The translated string is different from the one in English. But in weblate it
was: <https://ibb.co/mTS29LL>
But the string that sends weblate has a bug, as it is missing at the beginning
of the translation a `[`

## Comment
Good afternoon:
I have a question if I may.
In the string <https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/tor/tor-
vpn/es/?checksum=230957a51c70ef73> and
<https://hosted.weblate.org/translate/tor/tor-
vpn/es/?checksum=f8e4bef03cda9aff>
It would not be convenient to add a string in singular and another for the
plural. Since I understand that `%1$s` or shows the name or number of
applications. And it can be the Google application (for example). Or Google,
Signal (for example)
