I would recommend Snel.com (my host), Leaseweb or OVH but they all already have lots of Tor servers within them and it is bad for diversity to have a single host control a large portion of the network. Nearly any host will be willing to quote you a price on a dedicated server with AES-NI, just write to them asking for a quote and giving your requirements. -andy
