Tor Meeting -- Team Day, October 11

Hi Community Team, The active members of the team should be receiving their invites to the October Tor Meeting in Montreal soon! What the invitation doesn't say is that there will be a team meeting on: *Wednesday, October 11* The purpose of that day is to have dedicated time for meetings within teams as well as between teams. When you make travel plans, please be sure to take that into account by arriving one day earlier than you would have for the schedule in Jon's invitation. If that means that you have to leave one day earlier than you had originally planned, that's okay. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! Ideally, let's coordinate our travel plans a bit before booking anything to make the most out of this meeting! Community team roadmap -- draft

I've identified some todo items at the top, but basically I'd like us all to start mapping out our work for the rest of the year. Let's think about what we want to accomplish work out a timeline for making it all happen. Please take a look at the todo items, add what's missing, and start filling in your work in the months listed. If you need to discuss any items, let's chat about it on this thread.
