Hi all, Thanks everyone who participated in the poll about a new meeting time. The results after two weeks showed that the best time would be on every other Wednesday at 2000 UTC (a change from our previous time of 1800 UTC). I've updated the wiki to reflect this change [1]. Next week's meeting will be at this new time, in #tor-meeting as always. See you then! Research ethics board

I'm considering creating formal ethics forms for conducting research on, or about, Tor for subsequent submission to The Tor Project's research ethics board. I feel it'll help researchers outline and explain their proposals for conducting research in addition to formalizing it in a consistent manner. I don't feel it'll be too difficult to do it. There are a number of people who do stuff on this team but can never make the meetings that happen every other Wednesday at 1800 UTC. So let's see if we can't find something better!
