support portal feedback

Hi everyone, I've attached a txt file with some feedback about the support portal. Some of it is about things that aren't working, and some are suggested edits to the q&a templates. Something I have yet to do is test the whole thing using new Tor Browser 8.0 features. Cygwin dirmngr and Tor Browser for Windows

Hi, I'm trying to use Cygwin dirmngr to use "Tor Browser for Windows".: https://lists.gnupg.org/pipermail/gnupg-users/2018-June/060736.html I got as far as finding a way to get it working by starting "Tor Browser\Browser\TorBrowser\Tor\tor.exe" then dirmngr is working through Tor. Hello everyone, Sorry I haven't been around for community meetings. These past few weeks have been a bit busy. Soon I'm going to be heading over to Portugal, and I'll also spend some time in Spain. Soft-launch of support.torproject.org [call for translation help!]

Hello Tor community! We are very happy to say we now have a support website[1]! This is a soft-launch because the site is not yet full translated. That is why we are not doing a big announcement yet (eg blog post). We would like to do a soft-lauch of the site so the community knows about it and we can get some help translating it to at least our tier 1 languages [2].
