"Almost" invites a wide range of interpretation and application. If you've done your legal, technical and other research, are prepared and know what you're doing, and frankly, have the balls and lols to do it, it can be a very effective tool of protest, pushing the envelope and forming change.

Thousands of exits have existed for 15 years, yet how many actual convictions in criminal courts / losses in civil courts worldwide can be cited for doing nothing but running exits? 25? 10? 5? 0?
