Until now, I’ve been managing three exit nodes with OneProvider (WIIT), which is generally considered Tor-friendly. But apparently, they’re now working with ScaleWay, and my fourth server in the Netherlands—which I’d just set up—was suspended in less than 24 hours, and I have to pay $100 to the UCPROTECT mafia...
Why do you need to pay for being unlisted on uceprotect? This is a service for dnsbl for blocking spammer IP addresses. If you system is listed in level 1, it sent mail to the spamtraps or did other attacks (e.g. auth) on their systems. Rather common for a tor exit that allows port 25. Although, why do you operate your mail server on this TOR exit? -- Gruß Marco Junk-Mail bitte an trashcan@stinkedores.dorfdsl.de
