Oneprovider is a reseller and has been reselling Scaleway products for years. It has been known for years that starting with the rebranding of Online SAS to Scaleway, that quality and standards have been in constant degradation. It is therefore no surprise that they have suspended your service at the first opportunity.

Their reputation is now so bad that it is hard to think it is not on purpose.
