Hello, Two days ago, India began blocking access to Telegram across multiple networks amid concerns over exam fraud. OONI data shows that ISPs in India are implementing the block through DNS tampering, as well as TLS and IP-level interference. The block remains ongoing, and it's expected to remain in place until June 22nd.
