[anti-censorship-team] Snowflake and Fastly

Hi all,

While updating Briar's bridge config I noticed that Moat is still returning a Fastly URL among its snowflake bridge lines for some countries. Are these lines still working (temporarily?) or should I substitute the CDN77 front?
