Hello everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 224 tickets on RT.
- Attended 3 Boisterous Otter meetings.
- Attended 2 Buoyant Otter meetings.
- Worked on implementing WebChat support for Boisterous Otter[1].
- TBB QA[2].
- Began work on more usable Selenium tests.
- Helped organize / attended BSides Winnipeg[3].
- Started planning the next Winnipeg CryptoParty.

Notes on RT:
- Users continuing to request a solution for iOS.
- Increase in Orweb related issues, due to it no longer functioning on
Android 4.4.
- Large number of Orbot related tickets, partially due to certain
Samsung ROMs enabling SELinux's "enforcing" mode by default.
- A few users were confused by the new check page.
- Increase in users running EOL OSX releases looking for support.
- People continuing to contact us for support with TorMail.
