Hi everyone,

A total of 422 tickets were created in the Tor help desk system in
June: 337 tickets in the queue called help, 13 tickets in the queue
called help-fa, 72 tickets in spam.

A total of 545 tickets were created in the Tor help desk system in
July: 395 tickets in the queue called help, 24 tickets in the queue
called help-fa, 126 tickets in spam.

732 tickets were created in the help queue in total June and July. All
of them have been resolved.

37 tickets were created in the help-fa queue in total in June and
July. 32 have been marked as resolved, 5 are currently open and
waiting on a reply from a support assistant.

The numbers below show tickets resolved in total between June 1st and
August 1st:

Andrew: 29 tickets resolved
Ardeshir: 46 tickets resolved
Christian: 2 tickets resolved
Runa: 632 tickets resolved
