WebBrowsing works as expected - OK

- html5demos.com/web-socket - Not Connected / Socket Closed
Other Notes:
- Trac #10383[1]
- Changelog states the TorLauncher version is 0.2.4.2, actual version
appears to be 0.2.4.3.
