 A few extra design considerations that an improved UI should be aware of:
  * Bridges (including those that use pluggable transports with newer
 obfsproxy) can be IPv6.  There are not a large number of those actually
 running, but the number will hopefully increase as time passes.

  * Pluggable transports can have per-bridge arguments independent of the
 fingerprint.  This does not apply to obfs2/3, but will to ScrambleSuit and
 it will be an important use case moving forward (For example, the
 ScrambleSuit argument is of the format "password=<32 characters Base32>").
