Yes this one is correct and reachable. You can check yourself by running on any IPv6-capable GNU/Linux machine: ping6 2a01:4f8:162:7345::2 As for whether or not any given address is correct, you should be able to tell after learning about IPv6 addresses are [1], their basic structure and possible shortening methods (omitting leading zeroes and the :: that you see in yours).
