FYI tor-relays
Exit was DDOSed yesterday at 18:00 UTC. The attack was intense enough that the ISP null-routed the server for 16 hours, which has never happened before. Have seen a handful of brief DDOS attacks (about 15 minutes) in the past but none were so intense as this one. All traffic originated from China.

But that does not necessarily mean that the attacker was in China, merely that he/she/it owns a botnet "in china".
