Relay search appears to be down right now.
It seems the website (https://www.torproject.org) and package repos (ex: deb.torproject.org) are currently down as well.
Anyone working on it?

Tor Project infra. is being DDoSed right now. What little that can be done, is being done.

Maybe you could update your DNS records to create a round robin with some of the trusted mirrors to take the load off?
