[tor-relays] Re: Spam to relay address after three months

This isn't a complaint or request for support or advice, just sharing the observation that even in the middle of this year of our Lord two thousands and twenty-six, scraping is still practiced... that is, unless there is some record of relays containing these addresses which has been published - intentionally or not.
