Hi,
I have revised https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/TorExitGuidelines some more, adding the most relevant legal paragraphs for Germany and USA.
What are the exact regulations in your country? If you know which sections, paragraphs etc, add it to the wiki or let me know.
