He's quite friendly and is experienced with Tor exits. He won't even forward abuse reports, he just ignores them (or answers them himself). You can certainly ask in a pre-sales ticket if you're concerned, but he told me (on a forum called LowEndTalk) that exits are fine in Serbia. I don't think you'll have any problems with him or his Serbia location.
