Hi, I wasn’t lucky with the Tor logo, its design qualities in general, especially its performance in small sizes and its inconsistent applications (different shades of purple and green, outlines, gradients and glossy effects …). So I made a redesign. I would offer all file types needed. I hope this mailing-list is the right place to present it and discus it. Please, have a look at the PDF-file: http://www.file-upload.net/download-11010886/_logos_overview.pdf.html The whole developing system here seems decentralised and an implementation might be a bit cumbersome, but if it doesn’t exhaust me too much, I could also offer further design advice, (re-)designing app icons, making mockups for Tor websites, apps etc. and give it a consistent and professional appearance. Regards Philip

I don't know what the fuck with file-upload.net, but I can't download from them. I disabled Noscript, Ablock Plus, Ghostery but still can't download your pdf.

this community is very security conscious, and because of this a large portion would be uncomfortable opening a PDF file. so i uploaded a PNG version to an image host. attached to this email is the same file as well. http://s24.postimg.org/yh95niioz/torlogo.png i like it. - -- oliver (A) 4096R/AF2D5D34EEFBBDDF9542F95BFAEF521A729674D7 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iQIcBAEBCgAGBQJWNlljAAoJEBPontSk+sK83rkP/3qhiLjrAIeNkIelwQsMVxtu QN0RlIj/++7BcEva7Keqyk9RKdVgCNZPFEIQXu8ajt5j7qFAksIPTWJY9F/JNGT0 RkRyrqF8qG6PoSAcjJNjFZolN6+Ip4QHN6NsS3yosmcavC8DS91iZmQ9Qvl0QNM4 el5yxWineoHkub8HzDVvw0OcOq8WFa3jZjaRq3N+f4yoOqMieGvQhLBR53UxGGx2 l4FJf1UmVWdVXmW2+dyZfhfmQucLAA4enog0KB8680xGGLkiHoij0ZSc0TqjS2rD ZOTxf395PdF28CZbTXAakgWl5OvSb5F0Z5qyK7TGpGyLRu3z+IF0W3Z83CcljW2v 9jE2MOhuSCBAZTGXQ71+Wbe/tQPlKPSlcqgLU1V1lT9yAmbNjEDhAEiNjlXqNq5V Y0/ZT8jX3Dt7z5ntAZBoDI3WevLsoVFzlSoz5NBCu6R+8LRfOQWd2k6jYiSy9ujI GN6auw8AYh+9zJ28cvesdpy3v/9Y1aV7U3lSUQKtwZTS8NA9/KCNAG1haySJJ7tF KaoGvHlKe7C9l3+vFhI41xPSV3zN//C8QRP+aSRkm45k9WWsnRS+PXbRyZIt83bB lYeHFcBMQzn8CiYC7DIxgsq50CXcuJvcGoTlODJS90J5WcdIAO0TW07WThgXgqJp QqXhm4Il0/yhzce2wBdH =wDin -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

Here starts the problem. Your PNG doesn't show the right colours (Q.E.D.). Here's a new upload (and attachment). http://postimg.org/image/7s05dc5wt/ Regards Philip -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Comment: GPGTools - https://gpgtools.org iQIcBAEBCgAGBQJWNmE9AAoJELeGVSVdFwfPQz8QAIdh//MhLlSbxshR5iAtNCAZ 5kOFMqdIgbqgtkiLlw7V/6sT6Kk1mSIRmP4k7ELAbrTh5oQYAcODe4MjNuPiHjgL zOtzZGVyV1GrqVemXIdFBaZeUAh6e9eKgsM9t4boSYje4bWjuZOFmdRL8i5m41/f W/Ny8Ic3H1nsf1FeAm+I/MwbkiuEg3b2ziAcGn7Vv9dbPBA5I0fLIB601tCLKk4u li7W+BnMAVXr+wXFgRi42gvKq21as8i8PO5Lzth9Jjw7mLJyiPoxhFSPUbrAiWV1 THw5vNv6h0CZxS4NBy05cUooonPRtpnuLFkAUaU8RwXcrg2u0jUh8bCrIDhGKlc/ medjhkPOZVw8uFGJwe0E/zYRbOlu9Qo8s4Sxx7oJQ1RwQ8W/GEOgbzU1XNpeuv6r xH/RYS+LuOlpO0pl6rJfpts0H1ehqVRxINNXWVtodyYBx41O7gJ9g+JPcx28sRij WLUF4ieewHotdXH0MCZl9C+AIeFP7Vp/EEnfMRHDrepZebEcjcKWPwtyi7zxfm0q BoPqNJ3AmAoAXSov6L21fWNrmPYYWjLWxDJWiZJ1ZRUSj4KJzZAnBa0HAwsdCMT1 KXIO8PmmKu97g7XkOSCb1QRMzp0ecbwYfPvjRlJo/slhW5zfTm2TeZB8QwjZwpKz M2JYzWJugIQy/3mv8kPF =k7qp -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----

I like them. They are simple. It is mainstream in iconographic and other graphical computer interfaces and in web today IMHO.
