Please provide the mentor's email id so that I can contact them. It would be very much helpful for me if you are responding this mail. Moreover,i have tried to connect to #tor-dev IRC channel but it was showing that "you are banned". please help regaridng this too. please respond ASAP so that I can start working in a significant way. Thanks Durgesh Pandey.
Hi Durgesh. Our best suggestion is to get involved with a project you think would be interesting and make it better...

This is no guarantee that your application will be selected, but we definitely prefer applicants that have a proven track record of being helpful and working independently. Also, be aware that Google hasn't selected orgs yet (... hell, the application phase isn't even open!). We've participated in the past several years but this is no guarantee they'll select us again.
What was your nick on irc?
Cheers! -Damian

You can't Privately mail your mentors...All You have to do is publicly. And what type of mentors? I think GSoc15 is not announced yet. Well If you really want to contribute see Gsoc previous year pages of Tor and get idea. You can check the bug list fro tor-wiki and ask question for the same here. There is no any specific mentor here that. Well I am not also a mentor I am also a student having just some knowledge about your question

My irc nickname is : sdpan21 I know that apllication phase has not open yet but I think if i start working from a little before then it would be easier for me to perform well in GSOC (even it doesn't matter whether the org will be selected or not. at least i will learn something good keeping in mind that it will be helpful for GSOC) Thnkas for your suggestions. It seems to be very useful.
