[tor-dev] Tor summer of privacy

Hi, I would like to participate in Tor summer of privacy, and I would like how I can start preparing from now on. Also, I would like to ask about if I want to propose a project idea, how I should present my idea and should I make a prototype ? I know this is maybe a bit early but I wasn't able to participate last year because I haven't prepared early so, I would like to take my time this year. Thank you for your help and your time.
