Add tests for circuitstats.c
These tests primarily test the relaxed and measured behavior of circuitstats.c, to make sure we did not break it with #23100 or #23114. --- src/or/circuitbuild.c | 4 +- src/or/circuituse.c | 6 +- src/test/Makefile.nmake | 1 + src/test/include.am | 1 + src/test/test.c | 1 + src/test/test.h | 1 + src/test/test_circuitstats.c | 199 +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 7 files changed, 209 insertions(+), 4 deletions(-)
