Make proposals 117, 208 (ipv6 exits) as finished.
("Finished" means we still need to merge them into tor-spec. Additionally, I've removed the parts of tor-spec that say "we don't do IPv6" as no longer true.) --- proposals/000-index.txt | 8 ++++---- proposals/117-ipv6-exits.txt | 3 ++- proposals/208-ipv6-exits-redux.txt | 4 ++-- tor-spec.txt | 7 ------- 4 files changed, 8 insertions(+), 14 deletions(-)
