Initial website

Nope, not what I have in mind. Just copying Stem's site styles for now with Nyx's content. This will give us a good starting off point to experiment with other styles. My plan for this site is a dark theme. Nyx is goddess of the night after all.

Most of the time went into the legacy changelog. Ye gods. I'd forgotten how much work went into all these prior Nyx releases!
