fix: Dropping changelog entry for unreleased deb
The 1.4.2.0 release had never been packaged as a deb, and having its changelog entry resulted in non-contiguous release versions. Caught by weasel --- build/debian/changelog | 6 ------ 1 files changed, 0 insertions(+), 6 deletions(-)
