[ooni-dev] Re-scheduling the OONI weekly dev gathering

Hello Oonitarians, Unfortunately I will not manage to attend the OONI weekly gathering today, so I would suggest re-schedule it to sometime this week or skip it to next week. If we are to do it this week we should have an agenda and I would suggest as a time and date Wednesday 17:00 UTC. ~ Arturo
