[ux] Indication of "Client Authorization" (Rend. Spec.v3) Use in Tor Browser

I have a feature request for Tor Browser. 

It would be nice if there was a visual indication of successful “client authorization” (between the user’s Tor Browser and the tor onion site). 

By client authorization I mean what’s described in this (first ;-) Appendix F[1] and also Appendix G[2].
