[ux] The difference between a Tor file on linux and a Tor file on windows

I'm testing few things in Tor source code-adding nodes and missing nodes.
in Linux when im changing the source code i need to use

Terminal

with ./configure && make and use the new "Tor" file that created by me and
replace it with the original Tor file that created in the installation.

But, when i'm doing this in Windows (the same way as i did in Linux) using
the

Cygwin64 Terminal

the new Tor.exe file crate and i'm replacing it with the original tor file
that crated in the installation i get an Error from Tor browser. its says
that i need to restart Tor but its still not working with the new "tor.exe"
file that created by me.
