<p>I'm testing few things in Tor source code-adding nodes and missing nodes.
in Linux when im changing the source code i need to use </p>

</blockquote>
<p>with <code>./configure && make</code> and use the new "Tor" file that created by me
and replace it with the original Tor file that created in the installation.</p>
<p>But, when i'm doing this in Windows (the same way as i did in Linux) using the </p>

<p>Cygwin64 Terminal</p>
</blockquote>
<p>the new Tor.exe file crate and i'm replacing it with the original tor
file that crated in the installation i get an Error from Tor browser.
its says that i need to restart Tor but its still not working with the
new "tor.exe" file that created by me.</p>
