Is a branded term that is a bit inaccurate.  We could use a more 
accurately descriptive term, since material is what skeuomorphism is, 
but I have little to offer atm.

Spectrum:

Technically, skeuomorphism is an applicable label for "material" design 
elements but "material" falls in the middle of the spectrum as it is 
dimensionally flat with skeuomorphic elements.
