Hi all,

Done this month:

- Continued process of onboarding volunteers, will have more of an update
in next month's report
- Selected the first group of volunteers for the help-desk
- Started fixing the permissions issues on RT to allow more than
support-related uses
- Reviewed language requests on Transifex
- Attended the Berlin dev meeting
- Continued working on automating the process of adding translations to
Transifex, more next month
- Answered questions about strings on Transifex
- Disabled GetTor translations (temporary)
- Added Exonerator strings to Transifex

Next month:

- Organize support team meetings
- Organize translation team meetings
- Continue answering tickets on Transifex
- Resume answering tickets on RequestTracker
- Review chat system, ensure its still functioning as expected
- Get support assistants on RT
- Get support assistants on Pups
- Attend Community team meetings
- Attend Applications team meetings
- Finish automating uploading resources to Transifex
- Document Transifex changes
