[tor-reports] Juha's report for February

What Juha did February 2014:

- Gave two interviews about Ahmia to magazines

- Gave a presentation about Tor to journalist

- Attended Finnish Vulnerability Research meeting and talked about Tor and
Ahmia

- Visited some tech. companies that are interested about deep web / Tor

- Port scanned hidden services, results are public, see[1]

- Created viewer for onion website popularity over time[2]

- Fixed performance issues in the ahmia's front-end and upgraded Django
framework

- Made some preparations for GSoC/Ahmia project, asked that Ahmia's
description is added under Tor Project website[3]
