Hi all,

Here's what I did for Tor in June 2013.

- TBB -- the tor browser bundle

  Been building TBB, first old style to scratch an itch and then using
  the new gitian build machinery to help Mike out with testing.

- Chutney -- the tor test network

  Made Chutney networks bootstrap faster (#8532) and also added a way
  to verify that traffic can be sent through a test network
  (#8531). This ensures that quite a few things actually work, such as
  a valid consensus being generated, that circuits can be set up and
  that traffic can be sent over the network.

- Little-t-tor -- the tor, y'know

  Added make target "test-network" making use of the new network
  testing function in Chutney (#8530).
