Hello,

What I did this month:

- Resolved 216 tickets in the help desk (Mostly in English and few in
Arabic).
- Completed translating the Arabic resources.


Notes on RT:

- Lots of users are asking for an iPad/iPhone version of Tor/Orbot like
program.
- Tormail users asking for support.
- Installation questions.
- Usability and configuration questions ( Mostly using Tor with other
applications and Bridges ).
- Users asking about how Tor works and why should they trust it.
- Couple of tickets asking for Retina support (

- Orbot bugs.
