[tor-reports] What Runa did in October

Top 5 things I did in October:

1. I resolved 440 tickets in the Tor help desk, also known as help at
rt.torproject.org. See the other email I just sent to this list for
more details. I need to get better at spending two hours a day doing
this, instead of six hours every other day.

2.  Manoto1 TV interviewed me about all things Tor, you can find the
video on YouTube. I also gave a Tor talk at the CryptoParty in DC.

3. I added new translation resources on Transifex, including Tails
(#6902) and TorBirdy (#6994). I also updated translated versions of
the short user manual.

4. I created a wiki page for the support introduction I'm going to
write: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/support/Introduction
(#6828). I also tried to define some help desk features, operations,
and requirements (#6913-19). More of that this month.

5. I kickstarted some of SponsorL and SponsorI:
https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/sponsors/SponsorL
and https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/org/sponsors/SponsorI,
such as planning training sessions for journalists, a hackfest in the
US, and short videos. More of that this month.
