[tor-relays] When is 0.3.2.9 available to download?

Hello, thanks for getting back to me.
I was expecting their to be some kind of super build-system that got the
source and spat out binaries for all OSes on all archs, in the future I
will be more patient lol.
Thanks for telling me where to put tickets, I have done just that.
