[tor-relays] IP Address change detected wrongly (Our IP Address has changed)

Since the IP 46.105.44.4 is the same in both cases, and that IP reported
my address wrongly again today, I think we can assume the problem is at
46.105.44.4 ?
I have no Address or Host line, I just let the network detect my
(dynamic) address.
