Install fails with "error: could not create '/usr/local/man'"

God damnit. How error prone can they make this? Installing with 'pip install -U
nyx' works but lacking the '-U' flag causes us to fail to add the man page.

Fine. Screw it. We weren't instructing pip to create that but I give up -
package managers can handle the man installation.
