#33859: The word "bridge" appeared as my entry (guard) node, for no apparent reason

For some reason, my Tor Circuit appeared strange recently -- normally, the
Tor Circuit displays the entry (guard) node as having an IP Address and a
country -- however, recently (in the Tor Circuit display) the entry
(guard) node appeared as the word "bridge", with no country and no IP
address. What does this mean, and is it normal?

I haven't manually set up any bridges, so why is my entry (guard) node
appearing simply as the word "bridge"? Netstat shows a familiar Tor entry
(guard) node IP address as currently active.

Note that after I closed the browser and reopened it, the Tor Circuit went
 back to normal.
