 With the new line added to connection.c, tor is holding up without
 crashing.

 It did print the following to the log 16 seconds after launch though,

  Bug: Circuit 4 is now being counted despite being
   ignored in the past. Purpose is Measuring circuit timeout,
   path state is new (on Tor 0.3.5.2-alpha-dev fe6365055bd4ec4e)
 Oct 02 16:47:23.000 [info] pathbias_count_build_success():
  Bug: Succeeded circuit is in strange path state new.
   Circuit is a Measuring circuit timeout currently open.
   (on Tor 0.3.5.2-alpha-dev fe6365055bd4ec4e)
