 The MIT license is just for the flags used by Relay Search.

 The Relay Search copyright statement probably should be updated. It may be
 easier even, to just change the license for Relay Search from 2-clause BSD
 to 3-clause BSD. I guess we would just have to check with Arturo first.
 Then we don't need to add another license to the main file.
