 old version of Tor.

 Can we please:
 * Update it to the latest released version (0.2.7.3)?
   * Update any website documents that come from the Tor distribution (like
 example torrcs) from the git maint-0.2.7.3 tag?
 * Place a Tor version number or date on each of these pages?
