 Please let's remove the scramblesuit bridge `188.226.213.208:54278` from
 the TBB. The bridge is dead and long gone.

 This will leave the bundle with one vintage scramblesuit bridge. Except if
 someone has more to offer? (Or maybe we should just stock up on obfs4?)
