 > If delete and restart fixes it, then this can be closed as not a bug, or
 refiled as a tor issue (in that this situation should be caught and dealt
 with on the tor side).  Need to wait to find out though.

 If this does turn out to be the case, be sure to raise this as a Tor bug,
 so we can think about workarounds.
