 Thanks a lot, dcf!

 I had to remove your one-line change to `lib/bridgedb/Stability` in the
 first commit because the URL was already fixed in
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/commit/?id=62701b3c3673ad474831363827bcb2a22580bef6
 commit 62701b3c].

 For the missing file you mentioned, that URL is in a proposal I was
 working on, and links to where the PDF would be if I were to push it, but
 then I got weirded out about pushing a compiled PDF to the repo.  I should
 just remove that URL and give a normal reference to the paper.

 I put your commits in my `fix/16273-gitweb-urls`
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/bridgedb.git/log/?h=fix/16273
 -gitweb-urls branch] and merged them for BridgeDB-0.3.3.
